Made from homemade recipes, our dumplings have no preservatives and are filled with a tasty combination of fresh ingredients, and wrapped using our own dumpling skins. Our dumplings can be cooked in a variety of ways: steam, boil, pan fry or deep fry. Every bite of our dumplings is moist, juicy and full of flavors. Our vegetarian dumpling is suitable to be consumed by vegetarians. Our dumplings can be cooked by boiling, steaming, deep-frying or pan-frying; and served in soup or with sauce.

Ingredients: 

  • Minced Chicken, Cabbage, Wheat Flour, Water, Salt 

Serving Method: 

  • Boil / Steam / Pan-fry / Deep-fry 

        (Keep Frozen -18°C)

STEAM 

Let us show you in just 2 simple steps to get it done. The most traditional way to serve our Dumpling in just 10 -15 minutes time.

Step 1:  Take out the frozen dumplings directly from the freezer (no need to defrost) and place the frozen dumplings evenly into the steamer 

Step 2: Add appropriate amount of water at the bottom. Cover up the steamer with cover and continue to steam the dumplings for 15 minutes in medium heat.   

AIR FRYER 

Let us show you in just 2 simple steps to get it done. Easy, Fast & Delicious way to serve our Dumpling in just 3 minutes time.

Step 1: Defrost 2 minutes in microwave oven right after frozen dumplings taken out directly from the freezer. Or Defrost overnight in the chiller. 

Step 2: Grill the dumplings in a Air Fryer with 200 degree Celsius for 3 minutes until it turns slight brown and crispy. 

PAN FRY 

It is very common for dumpling sticking to your pan, controlling the Pan temperature is very crucial. No worries. Today, we'll take you through a simple and easy way to get it done perfectly. 

Step 1:  Take out the frozen dumplings directly from the freezer (no need to defrost) and place the frozen dumplings evenly into a Pre-heat non-stick pan with medium temperature. 

Step 2: Add 150ml water and follow by 2ml cooking oil evenly into the pan.Cover up the pan with pan lid and continue to cook the dumplings in medium heat.  

Step 3: Until the water has evaporated and dry up.Flip individual dumplings in order to gets both side with golden brown & crispy. DEEP FRY 

Our Dumpling can be served in just 2 simple steps.

Step 1: Defrost in microwave oven for 3 minutes after taken directly out from the freezer. 

Step 2: Deep Fry in Oil Fryer with Temperature of 160 degree Celsius for 4 minutes until it turn brown & crispy. 

Now you can enjoy a plate of delicious & crispy Dumpling
