Our dim sum can be quickly and easily cooked by steam or deep-fry method. Each piece is a delicious bite-size snack to enjoy. Our dim sum (siobee) can be prepared and cooked by steaming or deep-frying, and eaten as it or served with chili sauce or tomato ketchup.

  • Chicken, Prawn, Fish, Mushroom, Wheat Flour, Water, Salt 

Serving Method : 

  • Boil / Steam / Deep-fry 

     (Keep Frozen -18°C)

Let us show you in just 2 simple steps to get it done. The most traditional way to serve our Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum in just 10 minutes time.

STEAM

Step 1 :  Take out the frozen Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum directly from the freezer (no need to defrost) and place the Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum evenly into the steamer 

Step 2 : Add appropriate amount of water at the bottom. Cover up the steamer with cover and continue to steam the Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum for 10 minutes in medium heat.   

DEEP FRY 

Let us show you in just 2 simple steps to get it done. Easy, Fast & Delicious way to serve our Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum in just 5 minutes time.

Step 1 : Defrost in microwave oven for 2 minutes after taken directly out from the freezer. 

Step 2 : Preheat your pan with oil before place in the defrosted Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum and Pan fry the Mushroom Chicken Dim Sum for ONLY 3 minutes until it gets golden brown and crispy.
